Alongside the Spanish Ambassador, Ramon Baiget formed part of the judging panel for this programme dedicated to Spanish cuisine, where two top London based Spanish restaurants, El Fino y El Pirata, competed for the accolade. Ramon Baiget is probably one of the best experts in the field of jamón ibérico which is the product per excellence of Spanish gastronomy.  Owning his own product range means total control during all stages of the production process of this unique product, from the rearing of the Iberian black-hooved pigs, with their special diet, to the 36 month curing  process.
