Jamon Iberico de Bellota Paletilla

Paletilla de Bellota is obtained from the front legs of Iberian breed pigs, raised in liberty and fed with berries and acorn in the western forests of Spain. It is obtained through a traditional process of natural curing. Paletilla de bellota has a singular character that differentiates its flavor from that in jamon de bellota.

Due to the inferior weight of the pieces, the curing time is shorter, resulting in an inferior price than Bellota ham.
